Sensory Networks today announced the first two products in its family of next-generation C-series security acceleration cards built on Sensory Networks’ unique NodalCore® security processor technology.
Capable of up to 2 Gbps throughput per PCI card, the C-2000 Ultra is the first in a range of high-performance content security accelerator cards. Rated up to 500 Mbps, the C-2000 MX is a low-cost acceleration card targeted at SMB and mid-range appliances. The company plans to introduce additional C-series cards with throughputs up to 10 Gbps through 2006.

Sensory Networks, a leader in network security acceleration technology, today announced that chief executive officer Matt Barrie will lead a discussion entitled “High Performance Adaptive Processors for Network Security,” at the 6th annual RSA Conference in Austria, Vienna. The session will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 8:45 a.m.
Barrie will discuss the need for modern network security products to adapt to new attacks while maintaining wire speed performance. A case study on high performance anti-spam using new high-speed adaptive security processor architectures will be examined.

Ms. Poland began her career with eight years at Hifn where she was responsible for over 90% of its revenue, growing sales to a $20M run rate, driving Hifn to IPO in 1998.
